He is Worthy to be praised

He is the First and Last, the Beginning and the End!
He is the keeper of Creation and the Creator of all!
He is the Architect of the universe and The Manager of all times.
He always was,
He always is, and
He always will be…
Unmoved,
Unchanged,
Undefeated,
and never Undone!

Good Sermon .. Strength comes with unity

The Quiet Sermon

A member of a certain church, who previously had been attending services regularly, stopped going. After a few weeks, the pastor decided to visit him.

It was a chilly evening. The pastor found the man at home alone, sitting before a blazing fire. Guessing the reason for his pastors visit, the man welcomed him, led him to a comfortable chair near the fireplace and waited. Read the rest of this entry »

3 Funerals

Three Funerals

Did anybody happen to notice last week the picture God painted for us
as we watched the events of the day unfold on every news station around
the world? The portrait of three men’s lives shown clearly through the
events of their deaths. One a wise man, one a foolish man and one a
wicked
man.

Do you know where you are going?

Heart warming

Heart warming – nice to see this kind of mail – every now and then……

So he agreed.

Where are you safe?

Statistically Speaking

Consider the following –  there has been an average of 160,000 troops in the Iraq theater of operations  during the last 22 months.  There is reported a total death count  of 2,112, that gives a firearm death rate   of 60 deaths per 10,000  soldiers.

For the same 22 month period, the firearm death rate in Washington D.C. is 80.6 deaths per 10,000 civilian population.

That means that you are about 25% more likely to be shot and
killed living and working in the Capital of the U.S., which city has some of the strictest gun control laws in the nation, than you are in Iraq .

Conclusion:
The U.S. should pull out of Washington immediately!
