Is Christmas what it use to be?

When I was just a young boy, Christmas meant presents, gifts, family visits, and beautiful Christmas music.

I remember going to bed early because if I went to sleep then as soon as I would wake, the gifts from Old St. Nick would be there, yet I would always have trouble going to sleep.  I also never could figure why Old St. Nick  was nicer to other kids than he was to me,  they always got more than our family did.  But he always would leave something.

I guess the whole concept of Christmas that was taught me was things, presents etc. was what made Christmas.
Through the years we grow and mature but often times we still look at Christmas as a time of giving and receiving gifts.   Now the political correct view is to no longer call the day Christmas, but call it just a Holiday.

If all it means is to exchange gifts, should we call it Christmas?

Jesus Loves us

Luk 2:11 For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Saviour, which is Christ the Lord.
Joh 3:14 And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the Son of man be lifted up:
Joh 3:15 That whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have eternal life.
Joh 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
Joh 3:17 For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.

Jesus, the first and greatest Christmas present

Merry Christmas

Are UFO’s for real?

I was reading an article the other day about the size of our Milky Way galaxy. Plus it is just one of many many galaxies. The Hubble Telescope can see stars millions of light years away they say. Now our star gazers are discovering planets around distance stars. I heard one scientist say there are millions and maybe billions of earth like planets in our universe. So the common conclusion would be there must be similar life somewhere out there, maybe even more advanced then we are.

Well maybe time will show us if there is but I know one thing!

Our World is unique, there can not be another world like ours! Why do you say that?
